YSK how to use your Swiss Army Knife's wire stripper feature. : YouShouldKnow
Description:It hit me the other day, when looking at a Leatherman Crunch, that I could make that little notch do my bidding. See, the Crunch has a wire stripper , which is shaped similarly to the notch on the SAK, but the Crunch's slot is cut on a bevel, making an edge to cut the plastic insulation. I used my Dremel with a small diamond grinding bit I got a set of 8 or 10 at Harbor freight for a few bucks to grind a bevel in the slot. The bit is cylindrical, and its diameter is just about the same as the width of the slot. You could use a high speed steel or carbide burr, or even a small round file, depending on what you have. I ground the bottom of the slot at approximately 45 degrees, until the bevel just met the edge of the slot on the opposite side.
